If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. 7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

If Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), applies, users located in the European Economic Area (EEA) consent to Assiduus Inc’s data collection, sharing, and usage as described in this Privacy Policy, and also consent to Assiduus Inc’s storing and accessing of cookies as described in this Privacy Policy.
